Apple and cinnamon porridge

Ready in: 15 minutes  1 portion


  • 30 grams (2 tbsp) oat flakes
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 10 grams (2 tsp) raisins
  • 250 ml plant based milk or water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Step 1
In a small saucepan, add the milk of your choice, oatmeal, flaxseed, apple and cinnamon.
Step 2
Mix well and put the saucepan on medium to high heat.
Step 3
Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and stir constantly until it starts to become a porridge.
Step 4
When the mixture becomes thick enough, take it off the heat and serve it in a bowl with the rest of the apple, cut into small pieces, and the raisins. Enjoy!
