Avocado salad

Ready in: 10 minutes  1 portion


  • 1/2 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • Some chives or coriander, to serve

For the sauce:

  • 20 grams of avocado
  • 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon or lime juice
  • Salt and pepper



Step 1
For the sauce: Place all the ingredients in a blender and process them until smooth. Taste and season with salt & pepper, if you want.
Step 2
Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with the sauce. Mix gently.
Step 3
Serve immediately, adding some chives or coriander, if desired.
