Ingredients
- 30 grams of raisins
- 40 grams of walnuts
- 45 grams of pumpkin seeds
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp honey
- 75 grams of oat flakes
- cinnamon, nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Spread the oat flakes in a pan and bake them at 180 * C for 15 minutes, to roast them. As soon as their color darkens, take them out.

In a bowl, mix the roasted oat flakes, the raisins, the walnuts, the pumpkin seeds, the cinnamon and the nutmeg.

Melt the banana on a plate with a fork and mix it with the honey.

Add them to the bowl with the solid ingredients and mix them very well.
Step 5
Cover a rectangular 14x10 cm cake pan with parchment paper. Then pour and spread the mixture.

With the back of a spoon press the base well to compress the ingredients.
Step 7
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 8
Cut into pieces and store for 1 week in the refrigerator in an airtight container. You can take it with you as a nutritious snack.
