Brown rice broccoli salad

Ready in: 30 minutes  1 portion


  • 60 grams of brown rice
  • 200 grams of broccoli
  • 60 grams of spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 grams of feta cheese


Step 1
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the broccoli and spinach, season with salt, pepper and optional spices like thyme, garlic and chilli.
Step 3
Combine with the rice when cooked.
Step 4
Top it off with feta cheese and get ready for a feast! If you made extra, don’t worry about heating it up – it’s so good to eat cold as well!
