- 400 grams chestnuts, boiled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 40 grams sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Saute the onion and parsley in the olive oil.
Add the sweet potato, the bay leaf, the chestnuts, salt and pepper.
Cover with water and let it boil for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Finally add the almond milk and process it with a (hand) blender.
