Chickpea tuna salad

Ready in: 20 minutes  1 portion


  • 90 grams tuna in water
  • 120 grams chickpeas  
  • 50 grams red sweet peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 grams spinach
  • 50 grams boiled corn
  • 100 grams cottage cheese


Step 1
Drain the water from the tuna.
Step 2
Cut the peppers into slices, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Finally add the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
You can add spices and herbs of your choice or a little lemon zest for a more intense taste.
