Chocolate porridge

Ready in: 15 minutes  1 portion


  • 45 grams (3 tbsp) oat flakes
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp nuts
  • 2 tsp cocoa 
  • 250 ml plant based milk or water


Step 1
Put the oats, milk (or water) and cocoa in a saucepan and mix with a wooden spoon at a steady slow pace.
Step 2
Once it starts to blister, count 30 seconds and remove from the heat.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a bowl where you have chopped a small fruit, raisins and nuts.
Step 4
You can add a little cinnamon to enforce the taste.
