Chocolate tahini oat bars

Ready in: 3 hours (preparation 15 minutes)  20 portions


  • 200 grams of honey
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 150 grams of nuts unsalted
  • 450 grams of tahini
  • 80 grams of cranberries
  • 200 grams of oat flakes


Step 1
Heat the honey in the microwave for 30 seconds
Step 2
Mix the tahini with the honey in a large bowl. Be careful not to mix it too much so that the mixture does not become too tight.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave at 800 watts for 2 minutes or in a bain-marie.
Step 4
Mix the chocolate with the tahini-honey mixture.
Step 5
Finally, add the oats, nuts and cranberries and mix well with a marise.
Step 6
Cover a baking pan 20x30 cm with a parchment paper. Spread the mixture, cover with a membrane and leave in the fridge to set for about 3 hours.
Step 7
To serve, cut into 20 pieces 5 cm thick.
