Healthy cobb salad

  • 80 grams of wine vinegar
  • 15 grams of Dijon mustard
  • 160 grams of olive oil
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 500 grams of mixed greens
  • 4 eggs boiled and chopped
  • 340 grams of roasted chicken
  • 1 whole avocado sliced
  • 140 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 30 grams of chives


Step 1
In a jar, shake together vinegar, mustard, and oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
On a large platter, spread out lettuce, then add rows of hard-boiled egg, chicken, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with dressing, and garnish with chives.
