|Ready in: 1 hour (preparation 15 minutes)||13 portions|
- 100 grams of honey (or maple syrup)
- 80 grams of peanut butter
- 250 grams of dates
- 160 grams of almonds
- 180 grams of oat flakes
Spread the oat flakes and the beaten almonds in an oven pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (air) for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Let cool.
Put the dates on a large cutting board and chop them into very small pieces.
Transfer the dates to a bowl and add the oats and almonds.
Put the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and heat slightly without boiling. Stir. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the content of the bowl. Mix well.
Spread the mixture in a square form covered with parchment paper and "press" with your hands or a glass to stick the materials well.
Cover with another piece of parchment paper and press it to stick to the surface of the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the bars are firm.
Carefully cut the bars and enjoy.
