Protein pancakes with 3 ingredients

Ready in: 10 minutes  2 portions


  • 15 grams (1 tbsp) of olive oil
  • 80 grams of cottage cheese
  • 50 grams of rolled oats
  • 3 eggs


Step 1
Get a bowl or, even better, use a blender.
Step 2
Throw in all the ingredients and whisk/mix until smooth.
Step 3
Fry in a pan with a little oil on low to medium heat.
Step 4
Flip with a spatula once bubbles start to appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Step 5
You can serve with 1 tbsp honey or mapple syrup and fruits. Enjoy!
