High protein breakfast bowl

  • 1 egg
  • 70 grams of sliced turkey ham
  • 70 grams of low fat cottage cheese
  • 120 grams of apple


Step 1
Boil the egg.
Step 2
Cut the apples into slices and ad all the ingredients into a bowl.
Step 3
Top it off with some extra flavour like chilli flakes, cress and lemon zest.
