- 1 egg
- 70 grams of sliced turkey ham
- 70 grams of low fat cottage cheese
- 120 grams of apple
Boil the egg.
Cut the apples into slices and ad all the ingredients into a bowl.
Top it off with some extra flavour like chilli flakes, cress and lemon zest.
