Mushroom soup

Ready in: 30 minutes  2 portions

Ingredients

  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp parsley 
  • 1 tsp celery
  • 1 tsp drill
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and chop the mushrooms and herbs.
Step 2
Saute the mushrooms in a saucepan with a little olive oil.
Step 3
Add the potatoes, onions and carrots, cut into medium pieces.
Step 4
Let it simmer until it gets thick.
Step 5
Enjoy!
