Oatmeal pie

  • 100 grams of oat flakes 
  • 5 egg whites 
  • 75 grams of honey (5 tbsp)
  • 60 grams peanut butter or tahini
  • cinnamon
  • 2 ripe bananas


Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 °.
Step 2
Put the oat flakes in a blender and process it until it becomes powder. Then add the egg whites, bananas, honey and half the tahini or peanut butter and mix well until they become a thick mixture porridge.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been covered with a parchment paper and place in the oven for about 25 '.
Step 4
Finally, remove from the oven and pour over the remaining honey and peanut butter or tahini and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
