Omelette with cottage cheese

 Ready in: 10 minutes  1 portion


  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams cottage cheese
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chives


Step 1
First beat the eggs.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the eggs.
Step 4
Bake for about 5΄ until the eggs are cooked.
Step 5
Serve with cottage cheese or katiki, freshly ground pepper and chopped chives.
