- 500 grams of pasta
- 20 grams of garlic
- 20 grams of pine
- 90 grams of olive oil
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 30 grams parmesan
- 50 grams of basil
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package
Meanwhile, put all the ingredients, except for the parmesan, in a blender and process well until they become a pulp.
Add the parmesan and process a little more.
