Pesto pasta

Ready in: 30 minutes  4 portions


  • 500 grams of pasta
  • 20 grams of garlic
  • 20 grams of pine
  • 90 grams of olive oil
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 30 grams parmesan
  • 50 grams of basil


Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package
Step 2
Meanwhile, put all the ingredients, except for the parmesan, in a blender and process well until they become a pulp.
Step 3
Add the parmesan and process a little more.
Step 4
We enjoy our sauce over a portion of freshly cooked pasta. Remember to eat slowly.
