Tuna and pasta salad

Ready in: 30 minutes  1 portion


  • 70 grams whole wheat pasta
  • 1 egg
  • 90 grams of tuna in water
  • 20 grams of baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 100 grams frozen green peas
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil


Step 1
Boil the pasta according to package, rinse cold in water.
Step 2
Boil the egg to your preferred texture (we think 7 minutes in boiling water is perfect!)
Step 3
Let the peas thaw, then mix in spinach, capers, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Top the salad with tuna, egg and some extra salt and pepper.
Step 5
Make it tastier with lemon and basil! Make it x3 and you are ready steady go!
