- 1/2 cup of mixed berries
- 1/2 cup of canned crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 cup of yoghurt 2% fat
- 100 grams of sliced ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
Blend all the ingredients for about two minutes, or until smooth.
Add ice cubes.
