- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 60 grams onion
- 1 pepper
- 50 grams mushrooms
- 30 grams (2 tbsp) cottage cheese
- 4-5 olives
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Heat the tortilla for 2 minutes in the oven.
Spread a little mustard on the tortilla and the vegetables in layers.
Add the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and the olives.Step 4
Sprinkle with olive oil and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cottage is melted.
