Pizza tortilla light

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 60 grams onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 50 grams mushrooms
  • 30 grams (2 tbsp) cottage cheese
  • 4-5 olives
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • oregano
  • basil
  • mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Step 1
Heat the tortilla for 2 minutes in the oven.
Step 2
Spread a little mustard on the tortilla and the vegetables in layers.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and the olives.
Step 4
Sprinkle with olive oil and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cottage is melted.
Step 5
Once I take it out of the oven, sprinkle with a little oregano and basil.
