Roast tomatoes and sourdough with gorgonzola dolce

Ready in: 1 hour (prep 10 minutes)  6 portions


  • 300g sourdough, thickly sliced
  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 250g cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • 6 garlic cloves, unpeeled
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
  • Thinly sliced gorgonzola dolce (substitute other blue cheese) and basil leaves, to serve


Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Step 2
Toss sourdough, tomatoes, garlic and oil in a baking dish and roast for 1 hour or until tomatoes are blistered. Scatter with gorgonzola and basil leaves, and drizzle with extra oil to serve.
