Egg white omelette

 Ready in: 10 minutes  1 portion


  • 150 grams of egg white (from 4-5 eggs)
  • 100 grams mushrooms 
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 red pepper


Step 1
Finely chop the vegetables.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Saute the vegetables until soft.
Step 4
At the same time, in a bowl, beat the egg whites with the whisk until they turn white.
Step 5
When the vegetables are soft, put them in the pan and add the egg whites.
Step 6
Lower the heat and let it cook on one side.
Step 7
With the help of a large plate, turn the omelette to cook on the other side.
Step 8 
Serve and enjoy it with your favourite salad!
